Answer:Instead of trying to find a specific magical solution for losing weight, work on having a balanced lifestyle. You’re going to want to focus on two key components: your exercise habits and your eating habits. This can mean making sure you’re being active for at least 30 minutes a day in some way. Instead of focusing on your exact weight, focus on being consistent with this goal. In deciding what to eat, think about how you can eat what you like sometimes—even when that means occasionally eating less healthy foods—while choosing healthier options most of the time. It is important to keep track of what portions you’re consuming. You should eat enough to be satisfied while controlling the urge to eat more than you need. If you go to a professional for advice about losing weight and being healthier, make sure that the person is qualified to make good recommendations regarding your eating and physical activities.

PLEASE HURRY WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST
Memories of a Memory

Have you ever witnessed something amazing, shocking or surprising and found when describing the event that your story seems to change the more you tell it? Have you ever experienced a time when you couldn't really describe something you saw in a way that others could understand? If so, you may understand why some experts think eyewitness testimony is unreliable as evidence in scientific inquiries and trials. New insights into human memory suggest human memories are really a mixture of many non-factual things.

First, memory is vague. Imagine your room at home or a classroom you see every day. Most likely, you could describe the room very generally. You could name the color of the walls, the floors, the decorations. But the image you describe will never be as specific or detailed as if you were looking at the actual room. Memory tends to save a blurry image of what we have seen rather than specific details. So when a witness tries to identify someone, her brain may recall that the person was tall, but not be able to say how tall when faced with several tall people. There are lots of different kinds of "tall."

Second, memory uses general knowledge to fill in gaps. Our brains reconstruct events and scenes when we remember something. To do this, our brains use other memories and other stories when there are gaps. For example, one day at a library you go to quite frequently, you witness an argument between a library patron and one of the librarians. Later, when telling a friend about the event, your brain may remember a familiar librarian behind the desk rather than the actual participant simply because it is recreating a familiar scene. In effect, your brain is combining memories to help you tell the story.

Third, your memory changes over time. It also changes the more you retell the story. Documented cases have shown eyewitnesses adding detail to testimony that could not have been known at the time of the event. Research has also shown that the more a witness's account is told, the less accurate it is. You may have noticed this yourself. The next time you are retelling a story, notice what you add, or what your brain wants to add, to the account. You may also notice that you drop certain details from previous tellings of the story.

With individual memories all jumbled up with each other, it is hard to believe we ever know anything to be true. Did you really break your mother's favorite vase when you were three? Was that really your father throwing rocks into the river with you when you were seven? The human brain may be quite remarkable indeed. When it comes to memory, however, we may want to start carrying video cameras if we want to record the true picture.

When a congressperson votes as a trustee what are they thinking about is "whether to support the interest of their constituents or what they think is best for the nation generally."

This is because the United States Constitution did not state whether congress members should behave as a delegate (a representative that cast votes that favor his constituents) or as a trustee ( a representative that cast votes on what he believes is the best decision to support)

What is a suburban area?

A region inside an urban region that is largely housing developments, while it may also include business and mixed-use districts, is referred to as a suburb or, more specifically, suburbia. A suburb may be a smaller city or metropolitan region or it may be an entirely separate political entity.

Among the location-related factors impacting earnings are the expense of living and the local need for the position being filled. An economic scenario known as full unemployment occurs when all of the labor resources are being utilized as effectively as feasible. A person with a factory job and a high-income job is usually considered to live in a suburban area.

Answers

The government controls prices and supplies, the government determines what is to be made are characteristics of a command economy.

What is command economy?

A command economy is one in which the government exercises total authority. To coordinate intricate social and economic systems, a number of administrative tools are used, including orders, laws, and national objectives.

In other terms, command economies are authoritarian economic systems in which economic choices are made primarily by a political or social hierarchy. The participants in the economy, right down to individual workers, adhere to the decisions made by these leaders.

Cuba, North Korea, and the former Soviet Union all have command economies. Up until 1978, when it started to shift to a mixed economy that combines communist and capitalist features, China maintained a command economy.  A socialist market economy has been used to characterise its existing setup.

The central government of a country must possess and manage the means of production in a command economy, commonly referred to as a planned economy.

There is no private ownership of land or capital, or it is very restricted. Prices are determined by central planners, who also manage production levels and restrict or forbid competition in the private sector. There is no private sector in a command economy because all companies are owned by or under the supervision of the central government.

In a command economy, government officials set national economic priorities, including how and when to generate economic growth, how to allocate resources, and how to distribute the output. This often takes the form of a multi-year plan.

This feasibility study examined the acceptability of a new technology (NEAT!) developed to interrupt prolonged bouts (20 min) of sedentary time among adults with type 2 diabetes. Eight of nine participants completed a 1-month intervention and agreed that NEAT! made them more conscious of sitting time. Most participants (87.5 %) expressed a desire to use NEAT! in the future. Sedentary time decreased by 8.1 4.5 %, and light physical activity increased by 7.9 5.5 % over the 1-month period. The results suggest that NEAT! is an acceptable technology to intervene on sedentary time among adults with type 2 diabetes. Future studies are needed to examine the use of the technology among larger samples and determine its effects on glucose and insulin levels.DISCUSSIONThe current study suggests that the NEAT! technology is a feasible and acceptable tool to intervene on sedentary time among adults with type 2 diabetes, who may be unduly adversely affected by excessive sitting. Participants used the technology for an average of 21 days over a 1-month period and indicated that using the technology made them more aware of how much time they spent sitting. Furthermore, the majority of individuals agreed that they would use the technology in the future if it were available, further suggesting NEAT!s acceptability. As smartphone usage in the USA continues to rise, this ubiquitous technology may provide an opportunity to intervene to improve the health of a large proportion of the population.CONCLUSIONSGiven the expected rise in the prevalence of diabetes in the USA, as well as the strong detrimental association between sedentary time and insulin or glucose levels, innovative approaches are needed to break up prolonged sedentary behavior among the large proportion of the population affected by diabetes. The results of this study suggest that the NEAT! technology is an acceptable tool for use by adults with type 2 diabetes. Additional refinement of the technology is needed further to optimize improvements in sedentary time, physical activity, and breaks in sedentary behavior. Examination of longer-term effects of using the technology on glucose and insulin levels is also warranted. One-half cup is 4 fluid Ounces. How many fluid Ounces will 7% cups be?
